The meta header had unihousing Accommodation close to Birmingham University as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by Student Housing in Selly Oak, studio to let selly oak, and Houses to Let in Selly oak which isn't as important as unihousing Accommodation close to Birmingham University. The other words the site used was Registered landlords. Selly Oak Houses to Let is also included but could not be viewed by search crawlers.
